Construction: Flat Packed

Chest carcase: 16mm solid Pine with 3.8mm pine faced plywood back. Tops are made from 28mm solid pine. Some panels are finger jointed material.

Carcase assembly fittings: dome head screws, wood dowels, plastic backboard joining strip & panel pins.

Chest drawers: 16mm solid pine fronts with dovetail joints, 14mm solid pine sides and backs with 3.8mm pine faced plywood drawer bases. New dovetail drawers & improved drawer boxes.

Drawer runners: solid pine, supplied loose.

Drawer assembly fittings: dome head screws & wood glue.

External finish: Initial sanding to a medium grade finish which leaves sanding lines as part of the overall finish. Followed by a base coat of sanding sealer and a combined top coat of spirit based stain and finish.

Internal finish: Internal drawer components are unfinished.
